the location. price. size and cleanliness of the room. Very convenient to stay
the employee could not speak english. i couldnt speak chinese. communication issue. mosquitoes were there. AC was not cool enough

Unlikely to recommend. No lifts and considering that our room is on the third floor and our bagage are pretty heavy. No one assisted us in carrying our baggage upstairs. I do not know if that is their culture. It paints us a bad image of Singapore. They could have great. infrastracture but low standard of customer service.

staff was rude and cheated me booked one price and confirmed via bookings. com,but at the counter..charged different...totally very rude and so dirty room ,I lost my money and got stress from the reception staff...May be she is the owner...wasted my money..

It was nice and good location but need More improvement...
It was nice and good location but need More improvement about the room the tv channel cant use wisely also the wifi and the aircon has falling water into bed. But everything is well.
I like about the staff they provide the need if their customer even its hard for them to communite their are willing to do their job.
